At Gola Wall Decor, every wallpaper and mural is made to order β designed and printed specifically for your space. Because of this, refunds or cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.
1. Custom Orders
Please double-check your wall dimensions, artwork proofs, and details before confirming your order. Once approved and printed, no modifications or refunds can be made, as each design is unique to your request.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will investigate promptly and offer a replacement or partial reprint as appropriate.
Provide clear photos of:
- The damaged area or defect
- The packaging box and label
- The full wallpaper panel (if possible)
3. Color & Design Variations
Minor color variations between digital previews and printed designs may occur due to screen settings or print materials. These are natural and not considered defects or grounds for refunds.
4. Incorrect Measurements
All wallpapers are produced based on the measurements you provide. Gola Wall Decor cannot be held responsible for issues caused by inaccurate measurements or installation errors.
5. Shipping Damage Claims
If the parcel appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it or sign as βReceived with damage.β Notify us immediately with photos so we can coordinate with our delivery partners (UPS, DHL, FedEx) for a replacement.
6. Refund Eligibility (Special Cases)
In rare cases such as duplicate payments or verified production errors, a refund may be approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
