At Gola Wall Decor, every wallpaper and mural is custom-made based on your unique design and dimensions. While we understand that plans can change, our cancellation policy ensures fair handling of each personalized order.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone at +91 8810340528. There are no cancellation charges within this period.
After 2 hours, cancellations are not possible since production begins immediately and each order is printed individually for you.
2. Custom-Made Production
All wallpapers and murals are custom printed to your specifications. Once printing starts, materials cannot be reused, hence cancellations or refunds are not possible beyond the 2-hour window.
3. Design Proof & Approval
Before printing, you’ll receive a final digital design proof for approval. Please verify measurements, layout, and color preferences carefully before confirming your order.
4. Color & Finish Variations
Slight variations between the on-screen preview and actual print may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. These are natural and do not reflect a printing error. We ensure the closest color accuracy possible.
