1. Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after final design approval. We’ll notify you once your order has been shipped. During high-demand periods or holidays, there may be minor delays, but we always keep you informed.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Within India: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Worldwide: 4–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your destination, customs clearance, and courier operations.
3. Shipping Partners
We proudly ship with trusted courier partners: UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure safe and fast deliveries.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking number and link. Use it anytime to check your shipment’s live status.
5. Packaging & Handling
Each wallpaper is carefully rolled and packed in a moisture-resistant tube or box. We perform a final quality check before dispatch to ensure safe transit and delivery.
6. Delays Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors like remote areas, customs inspections, or courier disruptions. In such cases, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue promptly.
7. Damaged Deliveries
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please do not accept it or mark it as “Received with damage.” Contact us immediately with photos or videos, and we’ll arrange a quick resolution.
8. International Shipping & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before placing an order.
9. Address Accuracy
